Questions families ask

Still unsure? Call us — we are happy to explain everything.

How soon can a caregiver start?

Tell us when you need someone and we will tell you honestly when a suitable caregiver can start. Urgent cases are handled first.

Are your nurses and attendants trained?

Our nurses hold GNM or ANM qualifications. Our attendants are trained in safe patient care — lifting, feeding, hygiene and bedsore prevention.

What does a live-in caregiver need from us?

A place to rest and meals (or a meal allowance) as agreed with you. We explain everything before the caregiver starts.

Can we ask for a different caregiver?

Yes. If you are not comfortable for any reason, tell us and we will arrange a change.

Do you look after bedridden patients?

Yes — turning in bed, bedsore care, feeding (including Ryles tube), catheter and diaper care, with a nurse whenever medical care is needed.

How do you charge?

By the shift (12 hours), by the month for live-in care, and by the visit for nursing and physiotherapy. You know the exact charge before care starts.

I live in another city. Will I know how things are?

Yes. We send updates on WhatsApp and you can call the care manager or the caregiver whenever you want.
